Kathy Niesen

Kathy has been a small business owner in Nevada County for 19 years.   She started with Kathy's Hallmark in 1989.   After 18 years of selling greeting cards, she found that her true love was in helping brides create the weddings of their dreams.   The concept of  "Everything for the perfect wedding, all in one place"  was formed by Kathy upon her observation of the many frantic brides traveling throughout the county and even to Sacramento and Roseville in order to find the items they needed to put together their weddings.   Kathy envisioned a place where they could  "sit back and relax"  while the vendors came to them.   She is willing  "at no cost to the bride"  to seek out the essential items to create their special day.   She opened Kathy's Wedding Showcase in the Spring of 2007 with the help of her family and friends.   Kathy meets personally with all her brides and adds a personal touch to each of their bridal memories.   Currently she is training two ROP students and assisting another high school student in her senior project.   Come in today, meet Kathy, and plan your dream wedding.
